We never collect personal information, unless you voluntarily provide it (for a service – for example, your address so we can ship a book to you, contact details included with a query so we can respond, or your e-mail address when you sign up for our newsletter, so we can add you to our list), and any information provided is carefully discarded or stored if necessary.  Our website does use cookies, but these provide generic non-personal information about visits to our site, helping us understand what works, and what doesn’t.

Users should be reminded that any Personal Information that is voluntarily posted by a user to a public area of the site may be collected and used by others. We cannot prevent such uses.
