Charlie Byrne’s will be hosting a signing with author Fiona Uyema this Saturday the 26th of September at 3pm. Fiona’s book Japanese Food Made Easy is available in store now.

Fiona spent three years in Japan, where she learned about Japanese food. She has appeared on TV and featured in many publications, including the Irish Independent, The Irish Times, EasyFood magazine, FOOD&WINE and the RTÉ Guide. She gives cooking classes and demonstrations around the country. Fiona lives with her husband and sons in Co. Kildare.
